Here is what is happening in the beauty world at the moment...

The Rocky Horror Show collection for MAC should hit the UK this coming October. "The Rocky Horror Picture Show kicks off the celebration of its 40th anniversary in wild style with an untamed MAC collaboration, featuring an outrageous collection of hues and products specially designed to recreate the looks of your favourite characters from the 1975 cult classic film. Transform yourself into a sex-swapping mad scientist, heroic newly wed, alien from Transylvania or even the time-warped Riff Raff, with an orgy of colour worthy of any midnight mayhem at The Frankenstein Place"

Yay! I can finally talk about the new NARS lipsticks! I have two which I have been testing out, look out for a review in the coming days! "NARS Cosmetics has announced the launch of The Audacious Lipstick Collection, in celebration of its 20th anniversary. The lipsticks contain a pigment-rich formula which delivers an intense, full-coverage finish that applies in a single stroke. The long-lasting formula is infused with ingredients known to smooth, moisturise and volumise, including tamanu oil and white mushroom extract, which adds a brightening effect. The 30-piece collection is housed in weighted matte-black metallic cases with a magnetic closure. Each shade has been named after women who have influenced François Nars throughout his career. Actress Charlotte Rampling is the face of the new collection. In addition to The Audacious Lipstick Collection, the brand will offer The NARS Vault, an exclusive edition set of 10 lipsticks and nail polishes, packaged in a mirrored case with an etched quote from François Nars, exclusive to Selfridges."

Forget the new Urban Decay Basics Palette I have my sights set on this beauty! "Don’t let the size of this palette fool you. It’s loaded with a dozen of Urban Decay’s most amazing shades - from pale to deep, matte to sparkly. The line up? Nine best sellers and three never-before-seen shades you’ll reach for again and again. Experiment with a diverse range of looks. Whether you want to do a purple eye, a green eye, a smoky eye or a shimmery eye, it’s all here! Inspired by Urban Decay’s long-running Ammo Palette, with a completely updated (and even bigger) shade range, Shadow Box is the perfect all-in-one palette. Whether you’re new to Urban Decay or you've got a whole stash of UD products on your vanity, the Shadow Box is one palette you need in your arsenal." No word on when or if this will hit the UK but I do know that I really, really want it!

Hands up who loves a good tinted balm? Hands up who also loves Dior? Oh that would be me on both accounts. "Today sees the launch of the Rouge Dior Baume from Christian Dior. The range is a fusion of lipcare and make-up, creating a fresh and vibrant look whilst nourishing the lips. The formula contains ten times more lipcare ingredients than a classic lipstick and uses cristal oil which is developed in the brand's labs. The line features 14 shades which are defined by the four shades Star (transparent pearly white with golden reflections), Spring (soft coral pink), Lili (delicate raspberry) and Diorette (bold fuchsia). RRP is £26." Gimme!
