The demand for paraben, silicone and colourant free hair care has never been in such high demand as now. The vast majority of us want to know what is in the products we use and not only that why they are there. I commend anyone who takes a keen interest in ingredients and with that in mind I want to share the new Herbal Essences Clearly Naked hair care range which contains zero parabens, silicones or colourants.
"Do you long for moisture that’s luscious as well as light? Replenish and revitalise your thirsty locks with our NEW Clearly Naked Moisture Collection. Packed full of refreshing, cool herbal mint scents and with 0% heavy residues, dyes or parabens, this moisture-rich formula will hydrate your hair without weighing it down. It’s time to get naked!"
I have been trailing the Herbal Essences Clearly Naked Shine Shampoo and Conditioner and have to say I am a fan. I adore anything mint scented (bizarre as I don't like many mint tasting things) so the light white tea and mint fragrance is right up my street. Scent aside this is a great, well priced range that soaps up well (often my main gripe with paraben free shampoo), leaves the hair feeling fresh and cleansed without being stripping. The conditioner is free from silicone yet leaves my hair hydrated, smooth and is lightweight - perfect for finer hair types yet nourishing enough for drier hair textures.
Herbal Essences challenges you to embrace your naked, natural hair. Ditch the pressure to get glammed up - why should we be told how to dress, look or act? Let your beautiful natural locks flow in a stripped-back selfie, no styling required. There are plenty of reasons to #GetNaked, a shorter morning (five more minutes in bed yes please!) regime being one of them, heck there is nothing sexier than just being yourself. Oh and one more incentive to help you to #GetNaked and show off your natural, un-styled hair, should you tweet the tag @_HerbalEssences with your naked hair selfie, you could win £2,000 of shopping vouchers.

ReplyDeleteLove the look of these! I've used Herbal Essences for years (the hydrating range - the blue one - is my go to hair care on a daily basis) and I'm always keen to try their new releases. I'm trying out their new Moroccan Oil range at the moment and I love it. x

Those shampoos seem to be great! I'm just worried that they might be too moisturizing for slightly oily hair... I think I'll still give them a try though.

Love this post. I'm always wary of this "all natural" products because I can't help but look at it like Diet Coke "you took out something, you must have replaced it with something else!"
ReplyDeleteBut you're right, there is such a high demand for all natural products because we're all starting to care about what we put in our body and the effects it will have! Thank you for doing the post! :)
