Here is what is happening in the beauty world at the moment...
Next time you are in M&S be sure to check out Lola Make-Up! "LOLA Make-UP has announced the launch of new products to its collection for AW14. The collection comprises: Infinite Lash Mascara, which delivers a soft creamy texture with flexible, yet strong adherence with jojoba wax and a brush which separates the lashes to add volume and length; Matte Long Lasting Foundation, a soft-focus formula with a semi-matte finish that is available in six shades. The high coverage product contains oil absorbing Properties which help minimise shine, while concealing blemishes and imperfections; Picture Perfect Liquid Foundation, available in four shades with a pearlescent powder which corrects skin imperfections by reflecting broad-spectrum light while keeping skin looking natural and fresh; and Eyeshadow Duo, which can be used wet or dry, and is available in four shades and three finishes: black and white, brown and gold and greens and blues across matte, satin and pearl finishes."
Some new and old Bourjois lipstick shades to look forward to."Bourjois have announced the relaunch of its Pamplemousse lipstick , making its comeback in the new Rouge Edition 12 Heures Lipstick collection. Pamplemousse, a pearly coral shade, was first launched by the brand in 2000 and has been discontinued since 2007. The new lipstick range features six new shades, from beige and coral to classic red. The 12 hour formula has a creamy texture, containing shea butter and colour-fixing silk powders to leave lips feeling soft with a semi matte finish. The Pamplemousse, complete with new formula and packaging, is available now exclusively at Feelunique.com, before the nationwide launch of the collection later this year." Doesn't that sound wonderful?
Pantene will launch a new hair care line this month for those who suffer from breakage. Count me in! "Haircare brand Pantene Pro-V has unveiled Breakage Defence, a new hair strengthening system which helps protect the hair’s core for strong hair from root to tip. This is the brand's first collection to contain Antioxidant Damage Blocker technology, an innovative new formula which helps to target, capture and neutralise excessive copper in hair, blocking oxidative damage and protecting the hair’s proteins, to deliver visibly healthier looking hair. The Pantene Pro-V Breakage Defence 3-step consists of the Breakage Defence Shampoo and Conditioner, both designed for daily use, the bi-weekly treatment step of 2Min Strengthening Intensive Conditioner, and the daily finishing step of Instant Hair Strength Tonic, all of which have been designed to address hair breakage."
Lots of new launches from MUA this month "MUA Makeup Academy has announced the launch of Pro Hall of Fame Palette, showcasing its most popular shades from previous palettes, including natural shades from Heaven and Earth and Undressed. Gah I want one and at only £16 I think I may have to treat myself! "British accessories brand SewLomax has announced the launch of Sew British, a new range that forms part of the AW14 collection. The range features three iconic London-themed designs embroidered in SewLomax's signature style, including: Black Cab Purse, London Bus Purse and London Scene Double Detachable Clutch." Keep an eye out for it launching this coming September.
Lastly and rather excitingly we have a new foundation from Max Factor which will cost £6.99 (bargain) and launch in September. "Max Factor have announced the launch of Skin Luminizer Foundation, which contains an innovative swirled formula with subtle skin luminisers that give the appearance of a glowing complexion. It also has skincare benefits, containing vitamins B3 and E which offer hydration, replenishing the skins natural moisture balance. The pearl pigments brighten skin tone for an instant glow while the elastomers create “windows” in the skin through which light can be reflected back, creating a luminous effect. The new foundation is available in six shades and conceals imperfections, offers medium coverage and evens out skin tone."
Have a lovely evening everyone.
