YSL Eye Style

I will openly admit that I am not the most skilled make-up enthusiast out there and welcome any tips or tutorials that will help me hone my skills. The one area I do lack the most confidence in is eye make-up, I tend to either under apply make-up so it lacks drama (and creativity for that matter) or I apply too much and it looks muddy! Enter my new saving grace YSL Eye Style...

YSL Eye Style is an online destination in which Fred Letailleur (YSL's Make-up Artist for Northern Europe) has kindly uploaded easy, step by step tutorials on how to create the most desired eye looks. There is easy smoky eye looks, I rather like that instead of one of look suiting all Fred has created one for blue, brown and green eyes. Do you have small eyes like myself? Well there is a guide on how to open the eyes with the help of make-up. Basically any eye look you have struggled with in the past has been uploaded and broken down into easy to follow tutorials and you can also purchase every product used within the guide from the site.

If you do decide to follow any of the looks why not upload an image on to Twitter and Instagram (tag #YSLEyeStyle) and us e the has tag to be in with the chance of winning one of the new Couture Eyeshadow Palettes (runs June to August). One lucky person who uses Fred’s techniques to create their own eye look, and upload a photo for the chance to win a personal master class with Fred himself and become YSL’s next eye model.

How cool is that?
I am currently washing my brushes as we speak...
