The Daily Beauty Report 23.06.14

Here is what is happening in the beauty world at the moment...

MAC have teamed up with nail artist Marian Newman to create a line of top coats - MAC Nail Transformations Collection, the idea is that each one of the seven shades transforms any nail polish it is applied on top of. There is a leather top coat, lots of pearl top coats to create instant duo chrome's as well as a polish that will deepen any shade that it is applied on top of. This collection will launch within the UK in July and is a permanent addition.

Lots of By Terry news today, first of all By Terry. " The brand will launch Rose Infernale and Cellularose, a new make-up and skincare collection for autumn. This will include Terrybly Rose de Rose, a trio powder blush. Although most products launch in September you can find a few shades of the newly launched Baume de Rose Nutri-Couleur lip balms via Space.NK - link. There is also the Eye Powder-Kajal which is an intense oriental kohl eyeliner. The Cellularose collection offers three cleansing products with a blend of ingredients that purify, detoxify, engergise, quench and comfort the complexion. The range features: Hydra-Toner, a clarifying comfort toner to refresh and revitalise; Cleansing Oil, a make-up remover oil for face and eyes, containing a balanced blend of plant oils to gently melt away stubborn make-up while smoothing and safeguarding the skin's lipid barrier; and Nutri-Pure, a comforting balm cleanser that works to remove make-up and impurities while reviving dull and lacklustre skin." Exciting indeed.

Burberry cosmetics are set to launch two new and limited edition lip colours - Burberry Fresh Glow Lip Balms which are said to be buttery soft yet highly pigmented lip colours. I do love a little bit of luxury every now and then so I would be keen to check these out once they launch.

On the 3rd of August Clarins will launch a new foundation! "Beauty brand Clarins has announced the launch of Clarins True Radiance Foundation SPF 15. Containing a fine, fluid texture that glides onto skin, the product enhances radiance and hydration while diminishing imperfections. True Radiance offers a range of skincare and make-up benefits, with key ingredients including: tara gum and samphire plant extract, to create a hydrating layer on the skin's surface, helping to maintain 24-hour hydration; amino acid coated pigments, ensuring make-up hold and comfort on application, while boosting the skin's natural radiance and luminosity; and Clarins Anti-Pollution Complex, containing white tea and succory dock-cress extract to protect the skin against pollution and free radicals, shielding against a dull complexion. The foundation is available in 10 shades including: Porcelain, Beige, Honey, Cappuccino, Ivory, Sand, Amber, Nude, Wheat and Chestnut."

A new nail collection touches down from Lacquer Lab on the 1st of July "The Lacquer Lab have announced the launch of the Miami Collection. Shades comprise: Roller Babin' (bubblegum pink), SoBe (canary yellow), Ocean Drive (baby blue) and Dressed to Kill (iridescent crystal flakes and glitter)."

I know it is only June but the beauty world moves quickly, here is the the first Christmas offering to hit my mail box "EVE LOM have announced the launch of gift sets for Christmas. The range comprises: The Daily Collection, featuring Cleanser, Muslin Cloth, Morning Time Cleanser, Rescue Mask and Kiss Mix; The Perfect Partners, containing Cleanser, Muslin Cloth and Morning Time Cleanser; The Luxury Collection, comprising Cleanser, Muslin Cloth, TLC Radiance Cream and Rescue Mask, The Ultimate Collection, including Cleanser, Muslin Cloth, Rescue Mask, TLC Radiance Cream, Eye Cream and Kiss Mix; and Kiss Mix Star, containing the Kiss Mix protective lip treatment with beeswax and menthol. "
