The item I was most excited to see in my box was of course a full sized and original Beauty Blender sponge which retails for £13, considering the box costs £12.95 (this includes p&p) this is a deal not to be missed. It is the equivalent of purchasing a Beauty Blender for less than the R.R.P and getting four other products for free. Not too shabby huh? I have tried the Beauty Blender which comes complete with a solid soap to cleanse the sponge after use and finally see what the fuss about. I have owned several beauty sponges over the years (namely the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge and Sephora variants) and have to say I was never all that impressed. Don't ask me how or why but the Beauty Blender really is worth the hype, it seamlessly blends foundation out and is nothing short of magical. I will continue to use it for the next week or so and update you with a full review.

My second favourite item has to be the Silk + Honey Shea Butter Hair Mask which is a deeply nourishing hair mask - perfect for coloured or bleached hair that is parched. It is light weight, smells great and from what I have read it is full of natural ingredients. It seems the Silk + Honey website is still under construction but from what I have garnered the brand create and sell D.I.Y kits to make said mask and other bath and body products...I could be wrong but it certainly seems that way.

Obviously not every box will contain the exact same products but mine came with two summer staples - a mini bottle of OPI Nail Lacquer which is the perfect size for travelling with. Annoyingly it doesn't have a shade name but a number which doesn't seem to correlate with any shade online? What I can say is that it is from the OPI Brazil Collection (I think it might be OPI Scores a Goal?). I also have a dinky bottle of Caudalie Divine Oil which never goes wrong, you can use it on the face, body and hair to nourish and scent.

Lastly I have a dinky little tube of Embryolisse Nourishing Moisturiser which is a great and all round hydrating product that is gentle and suitable for every skin type. A light, non-scented almost lotion like moisturising cream that quickly absorbs into the skin - I find it to be quite soothing on irritated skin and can double up as a primer. Colour me intrigued. I think this is a brand I need to investigate a.k.a a trip to Space.NK is on the cards.  To round things off nestled away in my box (and all boxes ) is the sweetest little flip flop keyring!
