This is going to be a speed review as I am sure many long for me to just get straight to the point - I do have a tendency to ramble. The packaging of the I Heart Make Up London No Photos Please Eyeshadow Palette is rather cool due to the holographic image on the front which changes when you move it, I can't quite capture that on camera but it does work.Otherwise it is a small plastic compact that is almost the size of the palm of my hand that features 10 sizeable pans of metallic/shimmer eyeshadow, a duo ended foam applicator and a mirror.

If you are familiar with Revolution Make Up then you will be pleased to know that the shades within the I Heart Make Up London No Photos Please Eyeshadow Palette are of the same quality. Basically all 12 shades are soft, well pigmented but can veer a little on the dry side, this doesn't affect colour pay off or application it merely means they produce a little fall out. To get the most from each shade within the I Heart Make Up London No Photos Please Eyeshadow Palette I recommend teaming it with a primer one of which is supplied with the palette. Said primer which I have yet fully road test is shimmer based and has a slight concealing quality, it clings on to pigment so the end result is brighter colour pay off with a pro-longed wear time. I wore a few shades yesterday with the supplied primer and got around six hours of crease free wear. It is only fair to mention that yesterday was rather humid in Glasgow so that could well have affected the end outcome but all in all a good result.

I Heart Make Up London No Photos Please Eyeshadow Palette shades:
Lights - soft pale, shimmering and cool toned icy pink, weakest in pigmentation within the palette.
Discrete - a light, cool toned champagne come gold shade.
Not Now - soft, blue toned metallic, really pigmented for such a light shade.
My Moment - deep duo-chrome purple, reflects royal blue in certain lights.
Publicist - true metallic royal blue, reminds me of MAC Deep Truth Eyeshadow.
Jealous of Success - blackened green, in certain lights this almost looks turquoise.
No Comment - really pigmented, metallic taupe.
Adoration - deep bronze brown that is very metallic.
Supertrash - dark charcoal grey, in some lights it almost looks silver.
Back Exit - shimmering black, not as pigmented as I hoped.
