The Daily Beauty Report (12.05.14)

Monday already?
Time flies huh? Particularly when the weekend is involved !
Anyway to make Monday a little less gloomy here is some snippets of beauty news...

Two new Essie collections to look forward to: Essie Haute in the Heat which is a bright but not neon collective, it is set to launch this coming June. Although I have no plans to get married any time soon I can deny that Essie's Here Come the Bride line up for 2014 is beyond beautiful. Four pretty pastels that would of course be perfect for any bride to be or us that enjoy lighter nail hues - again this is a June launch.

This week as a nod to Brazil Molten Brown will launch a new bath and body care fragrance. "Molton Brown - Caju & Lime, a new limited edition collection inspired by Brazillian cocktail, the Caipirinha. The new range offers Body Wash, Nourishing Body Lotion and Eau de Toilette. The Caju & Lime scent comprises top notes of lime, heart notes of spearmint, while Amazonia Forest Accord is at the base. Key ingredient, Caju fruit extract, contains antioxidants and vitamin C, while micro beads within the Body Wash burst on to the body to moisturise skin. To mark the new collection, the brand has created Brazilian wish bracelets to test the fragrance in-store." I think it sounds delightful.

For Summer 2014 Dolce and Gabanna will launch their Passion Duo Gloss Fusion Lipsticks which are of course a combination of both gloss and lipstick neatly rolled into one. I don't know too much about them at this point other than the shades look rather perfect and I imagine the formula will be on point given the brand.

Pink Mascara any one? Yeah it does sound a little out there Dior have somehow made it very chic. Dior Addict Summer will  feature three bold coloured mascaras - two purple tones and one pink. The rest of the products seem to follow the same concept with solo eyeshadows in bright, bold tones such as yellow. Not for the colour shy that is for sure.

On May the 14th and 15th you can receive a bumper goodie pack from Space.NK when you spend £150 in store, which admittedly sounds absurd but is easily done...trust me. It is an in-store only event which is ticketed (£15 per ticket which is fully redeemable against any purchase). You can find out more here - link.

Have a lovely evening everyone.
