Weekly Favourites #31

Happy Easter to all who celebrates the occasion!
I will admit that I am having a ball this long and lazy bank holiday weekend - normal blogging will resume tomorrow but until then let me share my current favourite products...

First up we have Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Foundation which I have been relying on to cover my currently blemish prone skin. My skin is a mess lately, so much so that come tomorrow I'm seeking out a dermatologist in the hope of getting to the root of the problem once and for all! Blemishes, milia and eczema all at once sure takes a toll on your confidence that is for sure. Anyway this foundation covers all my skin woes without looking too heavy or clogging my pores. I wouldn't reach for it on a sunny day but since they are far and few between here in Glasgow it's not really a problem. You can purchase it here via QVC -link or enter my giveaway here to try and win a tube - link.

Once again I am raving about By Terry's Cellularose Blush Glaze in Flower Sorbet - a light gel come cream formulated blush that not only adds a beautiful coral glow to my cheeks but a natural radiant glow too. If all my blushes disappeared and all I had was this I wouldn't be heartbroken - it is true love in blush form. You can find it here via Space.NK - link.

On my eyes for the last week or so it has been all about Laura Mercier's Artist Palette which will re-launch this coming May. I like that this palette has both neutrals and muted colours on offer as well as a variety of formulas. Typically speaking I do stick to the neutral shades but the baby pink hue in this palette surprisingly works well with my blue/green peepers! Speaking of eyes a new mascara from MeMeMe Cosmetics has launched dubbed the Dark and Divine formula and I have to say I'm a fan - the blacker than black liquid really adds drama to my stubby lashes and the plastic wand helps to prevent them from clumping no matter how many coats I apply. Find it here - link

At the moment when it comes to lipstick I like something that is quick and easy to use, enter Lord and Berry's Matte Lipstick Crayons. Although matte they are not overly drying and I rather like that I can somewhat line my lips with it too. At the moment I am enjoying the shade Bouquet which is a dusky but natural pink that works well with my natural lip colour. You can find a few shades via ASOS - link.

To know me is to know I'm a little freaky when it comes to germs. I will not be without a anti-bac hand gel and as a result my hands are often red raw and dry until I was sent a tube of Lanolips new handcream. Not only does Lanolips Antibacterial handcream kill 99.9% of germs but it leaves my hands feeling soft and nourished. My handbag will never be without a tube again and I really do recommend you try it when it launches this coming May.

Enjoy the sunshine and last day of the bank holiday weekend everyone!
