And we are back with beauty news and lots of it...
Now this just sounds cool - "Burt's Bees has announced the launch of Pop Up Hive, the brand's début UK pop-up shop in London's Seven Dials. Launching on 1 May and lasting eight weeks, the pop-up shop, inspired by a beekeeper's mercantile, will feature the full range of Burt's Bees products; offering lip balms and Classics collection, as well as the latest lip colour products, exclusive gifts and promotions. Brand experts will be on hand to offer skincare advice and demonstrate lip colour products."
If you are a fan of Clinique's CC Cream (I adore it in the Summer months) then you may be intrigued to know that they will be launching a cream compact version. I have been lucky enough to receive a sample and will quickly say that the texture is a little thicker meaning it offers more coverage and can double up as a concealer. A full review will be live later this week!
Oh By Terry you have a way with making me part with my money particularly cheek products which brings me on to the new By Terry Cheek to Cheek Water Color Blush and By Terry Tea to Tan Bronzer which can now be found at Space.NK. Admittedly cheek or even face stains aren't all that new in concept but By Terry Tea to Tan Bronzer has me intrigued. "The revolutionary sun-kissed elixir, an essence of originals waters and amber prisms to brighten the complexion with an imperceptible glow. Its extravagant iced-tea colour will make any complexion utterly radiant and works like a drop-by-drop enhancer deep within the skin." My beach bag needs it. Find both products here - link.
The MAC Osbourne colour collection has leaked onto Specktra and as predicted it will be split into two categories - Kelly and Sharon. I will admit that although I don't like The Osbourne's I am more than intrigued by the products and do think that the collection will be a sell out particularly Kelly's lipsticks. The packaging is also pretty cool for this collection - lilac for Kelly and Red for Sharon. Roll on August.

To all my US readers I recommend taking yourself over to Saks and checking out the limited edition and exclusive to such store and grabbing Diorblush Cannage Edition which comes in two shades : Pink and Coral. "EXCLUSIVELY AT SAKS. A burst of blush on her cheeks catches the light, proclaiming the radiance of her face. Signed and embossed, Diorblush Cannage Edition sculpts cheekbones with elegance. The sleek silver compact houses a harmony of pink or coral blush embossed with Dior’s iconic cannage pattern. Available in a feel-good pink harmony and a sunny coral shade. Made in France."
Lastly and perhaps my favourite item for the day has to be the entirely genius FORMULA X Press Pods which are individual pots of nail polish. The idea is that each pod contains enough to paint your nails once and then you dispose of it. A great idea for those that travel or don't really wear nail polish all that often, I would certainly purchase a few if they were available individually but for the moment you have to purchase an entire set of 24 colours to experience the novelty. You can find the kit via Sephora - link.
Have a lovely evening everyone!
