Spring is in the air and apparently on my mind if my make up choices for the last week are anything to go by...
First of all let's address the elephant in the room (or on the blog), yes I am a lot in love with my newest Whistles leather pouch which I do have in a bright green from last year. My newest addition is an almost mint green that is so fresh in colour that is hard to use anything else be it for my daily essentials or as a clutch bag. Obsessed. Find it via Whistles - link. P.S blue version I'm coming for you next.
For my lips it has either been Lanolips Lemonaid which is my favourite ever day lip balm ever, it smells out of this world (like fresh lemons), all the while protecting and nourishing my lips. If you haven't tried it yet you simply must. Find it here via Boots -link. My other choice was Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro in the shade 500 which is the perfect everyday natural pink shade for my skin tone. It is creamy and dries to a semi-matte finish and apparently is a favourite of singer Adele's. You can find it via Debenhams - link.
My other go to make up choices have been NARS Sheer Glow Foundation as it offers great coverage but is light at the same time. If ever there was a foundation created for mild weather it was this. Find it via House of Fraser - link. Annoyingly my go to eyeshadow is not available in the UK, L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Amber Rush. A perfect blend of copper and pink that is not quite pink toned enough to be dubbed rose gold, if you have blue eyes this is the most flattering shade you could own.
A non-brainer for me had to be Barry M's new Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint in Huckleberry, a light baby blue that is so flattering on the nails not to mention a stellar formulation. Throwing a little caution to the wind I have been spritzing on my beloved Narcisco Rodriguez for Her EDT - okay it is not exactly Spring appropriate but it is one of those fragrances you can't help but love. I oddly love it mixed with leather (kinkier than it sounds) and tend to wear it if sporting a leather jacket. Find it via Boots - link.
