The Daily Beauty Report (11.03.14)

Here is what is happening in the beauty world today...

As mentioned a few days ago Barry M are launching Gelly Lips in the coming weeks - we now know that they will launch on March the 19th, cost £4.99 each and have a good idea of the shades thanks to the above image. They are said to be glossy, my thoughts are that they will give Clinique Chubby Sticks a run for their money.

E.L.F in the US have launched two quad blush palettes which come in two colour ways for a mere $6.
No word on if or when they will hit the UK but you can read more here - link.

Three previously only available as EDT's Chanel scents are about to be launched in eau de parfum form but with a hefty price tag (over £100). The fragrances in question are: Chanel 1932, Chanel Beige and Chanel Jersey, if you are a fan of any of the trio I imagine owning them in pure perfume form would be a dream
come true?

This coming April the 25th Clinique will launch - Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream Compact Hydrating Colour Corrector SPF25 (£30). This is said to be an alternative to their original Moisture Surge CC Cream. It is said to offer the same benefits as the original but be rich in moisturising agents and has colour correcting benefits as well as UVA/UVB protection and come in six shades.

As you may have saw Lorde will team up with MAC this coming Summer, at the moment this is all we know but I'm guessing that it will feature deep vampy lips in some shape or form. Lorde is said to mix MAC Cyber and Heroine lipsticks layered over MAC Vino lipliner for her signature deep black/purple lip.

Lastly Zelens will be launching a daily defence product "Zelens, founded by plastic and re-constructive surgeon Dr Marko Lens, has announced the launch of new sunscreen, Daily Defence. Formulated using micro-encapsulation technology and providing protection against UVA and UVB rays, the product offers a high, broad spectrum UV protection, SPF30. Formulated for easy absorption, the non-greasy, non-sticky texture is enriched with low-molecular hyaluronic acid to restore skin moisture, plump the skin and avoid epidermal thinning, lines and wrinkles during ageing. Key ingredients include enduonuclease, vitamin E and C and botanical antioxidant complex, containing active molecules from six different plants." It will cost £55 and launch mid-April.

As you may know Nuxe have launched their first fragrance, Prodigieux Le Parfum. This is now available on Cloud 10 Beauty for €48.95/£39.95 and to celebrate the launch they are offering a free 30ml Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse with every purchase of Prodigieux le Parfum. Find it here - link.

Have a lovely evening everyone.
