Normally if I am feeling brave and enter the huge and utterly overwhelming Forever 21 store in Glasgow city centre I leave clutching the odd item of clothing and a few pieces of jewellery.
As I don't really like huge crowds so this time around I placed an order online and ended up loading my basket with beauty bits.

Forever 21 Beauty

Truth be told Forever 21's nail polish and general make up line does nothing for me but their cuter than cute cosmetic pouches and hair care pieces is a different story. Did I really need two new make-up bags? In a word no but I couldn't resist the sweet but naughty mint green "You Suck" cosmetic bag and at £5.65 it is rather roomy (I can easily fit in all my holiday essentials let alone what I need for day to day wear) and well made. Who doesn't love a little tongue in cheek humour?

I have been on the look out for a pretty wide tooth comb for stashing in my gym bag and found just what I was looking for in Forever 21. A funky, almost Ibiza inspired printed geo comb that is large enough to tackle my obscenely thick hair and a bargain at £2.40. I also purchased a tribal print hair brush in a beautiful mint green because every hand bag needs a hair brush right?

Being a cat lady I also couldn't resist the Cats Miaow Make Up Train Case which is not as large as I hoped - I initially bought it for housing any bottles I may need for travelling but instead will use it for all my skin care and make up for when I do jet off somewhere sunny...a girl can dream eh. It's roomy, quirky and sturdier than your typical make up case which is always a bonus.

Lastly because Monday's come around too soon and Friday's not soon enough I popped the "Is it Friday yet?" pocket mirror. Perfectly sized, pretty and with a logo that is saying what we are all thinking it was too hard to say no. Applying my lipstick on the train has never been so much fun.

I have linked all the individual items above but you can find everything here too - link
