Yankee Candle Advent Calendar Spolier and Review

Yankee Candle Advent Calendar

Oops I did it again (if you are now busting some Britney moves I salute you) but in my defence someone had to do it, so why not me?
It goes without saying that this is of course a spoiler to what the contents of the Yankee Candle Advent Calendar contains so if you don't want the surprise to be ruined I suggest you click exit now.
For all those who are impatient or simply nosy (I am both) read on...

"Count down to Christmas with this collectable advent calendar from the world's favourite candle company! Every day reveals a tealight candle in one of six seasonal scents, including an extra treat in the 24th! Light a new Candle each day and celebrate the festive season with your favourite Yankee® fragrances. So what does £22 get you? Twenty-five small Yankee tealights to be exact all in festive scents. Initially I wasn't bowled over by the idea but having it my hands I do think it is one of the better presented and priced novelty calendars of 2013 and perfect for a candle addict like myself. Each tealight burns for around three hours and although not as intense as a full sized Yankee Candle each little candle does project a sufficient level of scent throw and is a great way to test out a good few new scents in one go. In a word I like it but I would have loved it if every door let you experience a different Yankee Candle fragrance. Oh the surprise behind door 24 is two tealights not a votive as I predicted...just as well I'm not a betting woman eh?

  9. I still think it's rather disappointing that they couldn't put in various scents from the Christmas collection this year, as well as last year and the years before that. :(

  13. Oh! Well that puts my Hello Kitty (a present from the mother, bless her) to shame. Next year I shall definitely treat myself to one of these, or perhaps I will hunt the internet to find one and start it late. Lovely post, Sophie x
