Weekly Favourites #14

I have been swaying with going back to brunette (bound to happen as I'm so fickle) merely because I really don't like how damaging bleach is on my hair so as a result I have been really gentle with my hair in the last few weeks. I have stopped using heat and instead spraying on Revlon's Style Masters Creator Memory Spray (yet to launch) which gives a beachy tousled look that lasts for days.

I imagine sitting next to me at the moment must be fairly annoying as I reek of Lush Snow Fairy ha! I have been using my Snow Fairy shower gel religiously since I stocked piled it and layering it with the newly launched matching fragrance. Sickly sweet? Oh yes but I am loving it more than one should!

YSL's Youth Liberator Serum Foundation has been in my stash for quite some while now but I have found it to be perfect for the colder weather as it is highly moisturising with skin care benefits. My skin has been really well behaved recently so I don't need full coverage (long may it continue) but I do like to use this for an even base and for a little radiance.

Speaking of skin care the Eve Lom Cleanser is so good - it makes light work of removing even the heaviest face of make-up (not eye make-up), smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling and looking great. I have only used balm cleansers or oil based for the last year and my skin has never been better and I think this one may sneak into the top five that I own.

Last but not least I have been rather enjoying Chanel's Blush in Evocation, admittedly it is not the most pigmented blush out there and on any skin tone deeper than medium it will become a highlighting powder and yet I can't fault it. Yes the shimmer could be a little finer but the overall effect is a radiant, almost sun kissed look which should look bizarre in late Autumn and yet it doesn't. I will follow up with a full review tomorrow but keep this on your radar!
