Oriflame My Red Eau de Parfum Review

"Red is not just a colour, red is a statement, red is love, red is the colour of magnetism"
- perfumer Vincent Schaller on his inspiration for creating the new perfume for Demi Moore and Oriflame. I couldn't agree more about the "red" sentiment in my opinion red is the sexiest colour that simply demands attention be it a red dress or a red lipstick nothing quite grabs attention like this hue so imagine such power only bottled and brought to life in a perfume.

Oriflame My Red is said to be a floral containing notes of red jasmine but to my nose this is a bright yet seductive fruity concoction. When I first mist this on all I can detect is passionfruit which quickly settles down to almost a red berry scent (cranberry) with a floral kick - perhaps the jasmine? With the red bottle you'd expect it the scent inside to be overly strong but although it is noticeable and demands attention not to mention it is long lasting it is no way overpowering. I am really struggling to sum up Oriflame My Red but I would tell fans of Ralph Lauren Big Pony for Women 4 to go out and test this immediately as this reminds me of a more, grown up version of this.
