I know beauty sample boxes are two a penny these days but I really can not recommend Beauteco Box enough. Why? Well each month you can pick from three different boxes each packed with five products (often full size) that have natural origin and are of course are cruelty free. For £10 it really is hard to beat and if you have always been intrigued by the whole sample box process this is the company to subscribe to.
In my box this month I have three full size products, one deluxe sample and one sizable sample.
First up we have two full sized Lord and Berry Lip products which is not a brand I am at all familiar with but after testing out a lipstick and liner from the company I can safely say I'll be back for more. The lipstick which is in all three boxes is entitled Peach Gleam and is best described as a mid toned nude that has a slightly dusky pink tinge. It is a beautiful shade that should suit most that not only offers great colour pay off but is both comfortable and long wearing. The other Lord and Berry product is a lip liner in shade Blossom which is a cool toned mid dusky pink - unlike some liners this has a gel like consistency that slicks on to the lips with ease, doesn't at all feel drying and again wears well. The great thing about lip liners is that you can use them with a lipstick to prolong wear or apply it all over the lips, multi-purpose products always get the thumbs up from me. You can find lots of Lord and Berry products on ASOS.
Speaking of brands I want to further delve into after receiving this box is Arran Aromatics which you can find in abundance over at Bath and Unwind. I will admit to not using the Arran Aromatics facial wash gel on my face as my skin is being rather problematic at the moment and I don't want to further irritate it but I have been using it as a light soothing shower gel at night and it works perfectly. The Tea Tree Oil helps to zap and dry out any blemishes on my body and the relaxing Lavender scent helps prepare me for a goods night sleep.
The deluxe sample within my particular box is Melvita's Orange Blossom Floral Water which I can not seem to find anywhere on the web - the Extraordinary Water yes, this not so much. Going by the ingredient list this is basically the orange flower version of rose water and is basically a refreshing facial mist which could be used as a toner. It does next to nothing to the skin but it does feel lovely when spritzed on and is a great little pick me up on a hot summer day. If you are looking for something a little harder working Melvita's Extraordinary Waters do seem the way to go which you can find on Feel Unique - link.
Lastly we have the smallest sample in the box S5 Calm Serum which at 10ml isn't at all skimpy. As mentioned above my skin is having a moment so I did pass this on to my sister who has done nothing but sing this silky serums praises. Basically it has been created as a soothing treatment to combat redness using marine bio-actives to reduce the pro-inflammatory factors that lead to skin stress and of course the appearance of redness. Ingredients include Sea Fennel Peptide to helps reduce the appearance of skin flushing, thread veins and redness. Desert Glycoproteins - to reduce potential skin stress and Sea Mayweed Clinically proven to soothe irritation and reduce the appearance of long term redness and Natural Hyaluronic Acid to locks in moisture. Most importantly it does seem to work and although pricey at £44 for a full sized bottle it may be something someone who suffers badly from redness may want to invest in.

Such a good box! I was wondering, which box would you recommend for someone who has never had one before, or which is your favourite? I think I'll be subscribing to one and I'm confused as to which to choose!

Normally I dismiss beauty boxes as a waste of money, but I really want to try that anti-redness serum - I try so hard to rid myself of redness around my nose & if it really does work I have to have it! Great selection of products. xo

I'm just not a fan of any of these boxes. I guess I'd rather buy things I know I'll definitely like.
