Launching this September is Diesel's Loverdose Tatoo EDP which is of course a follow on scent from the original Diesel Loverdose which I am personally a huge fan of. Much like the original scent Loverdose Tattoo comes presented within a jagged heart shape bottle only this time around gone is the deep purple hue and is a smokey black shade, giving it a rocky make-over.
Loverdose tattoo includes notes of bergamot and tangerine peel which has been combined with cloves and black currant leaves as its top notes. The heart notes have a more floral composition with notes of rose, orange blossom and jasmine sambac which is mellowed out at the base with inclusions of steamed rice, vanilla milk and tonka bean absolute.
To me Diesel's newest Loverdose fragrance offering sounds seductive yet mellow, I find the original reminds me of Thierry Mugler's Alien yet the tattoo version sounds almost sleepy and perfect for night wear. When this launches in September I will be first in the queue to test it out!
Top Notes - bergamot, tangerine peel, cloves and black currant leaves
Heart Notes - rose, orange blossom, jasmine sambac
Base Notes - steamed rice, vanilla milk, tonka bean absolute
Random Fact - Under an old Chinese law, anyone who revealed how to make silk was liable to death by torture.
Hmmm it sounds good!
