Sun or not, Glasgow or not we should all be using a decent sunscreen on a daily basis to help prevent premature ageing, brown spots and general sun damage. Finding a good daily moisturiser that offers both UVA and UVB protection is easier said than done and on a budget forget it!
Well that was until Amie Skin Shield Daily Moisturiser SPF 15 entered my life...
For £5.95 not only does Amie Skin Shield Daily Moisturiser SPF 15 offers broad spectrum protection meaning it will protect your skin from both UVA and UVB harmful rays. Oh but it gets better Amie Skin Shield Daily Moisturiser SPF 15 is free from parabens, sulphates, mineral oil and animal extracts not to mention it is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.
Sounds good to be true doesn't it? Well rest assure it is not Amie Skin Shield Daily Moisturiser SPF 15 is the perfect daily moisturiser in that it is light yet hydrating, quickly absorbed into the skin, protects from sun damage and provides a slip free base to which you can apply make-up on top off. Apart from dry skin this moisturiser is great for all including those with oily skin but dry skin types may find that this doesn't quite hydrate enough for their needs. Basically it is a good all rounder for everyday life here in the UK but you may want to step up your protection come those sunny days or trips abroad.
A great moisturiser that offers UVA and UVB protection and is under £6 in a word - winner!

PrettyGloss - beauty, makeup & a lil bit life
I use their Morning Dew moisturiser and it is so good for summer because it's so light weight and seems to hydrate the perfect amount even though I have fairly dry skin! Would definitely recommend the brand although their apple face wash did make me break out a bit :S
