A few days ago saw the launch of MAC's Apres Chic collection which of course is noted
for the re-release of MAC's Stereo Rose.
As much as I love MAC's Stereo Rose for me the star of such collection
has to be the Haute Altitude lipstick.

Regular readers will know how highly I rate MAC's Angel lipstick (a staple in my make-up bag) but as it is a frost formulated lipstick it can be a little drying, Haute Altitude is any regular Angel wearers dream!
MAC Haute Altitude is not only the perfect mid tone pink with a slight blue tinge to allow teeth to sparkle
but as it is an Amplified Creme* formula you have all the moisture from the cremesheen range
coupled with intense pigmentation of the Amplified formula...perfection in a tube!

Haute Altitude is a little deeper in tone compared to Angel but none the less a perfect everyday neutral shade
without going down the nude route.
I have wore this all day today and yesterday (i'm a little obsessed) and in turn have found that
each application wears just shy of the two hour mark which is typical for the Amplified Creme formula.

Snap this one up or forever regret it!
I have went back for a back up and I never do that but this is to beautiful not to.

* On the site it states that this shade is part of the cremesheen family yet on the base it claims to be
amplified and even more confusingly so the box states it to be Amplified Creme.
Going by everything I know MAC Amplified Creme lipsticks to be I would say that
Apres Chic is most like such formula.
