Just in time for the party season and Christmas is Sleek Make-Up's Sparkle 2 palette
which is the new sister palette to the original Sparkle offering.
Truthfully I wasn't a huge fan of the first Sparkle palette...the red eye shadow really put me off
but this time around Sleek Make-Up have nailed it with an array of festive metallics, sexy deep shades
and the obligatory glitter eyeshadow or five.

For £7.99 you get 12 shades in total:

Chocolate Penny - A metallic golden copper shade, very much like a shiny new penny.
Well pigmented, velvety soft with very little fall out.

Blue Spruce - A deep turquoise blue matte with just the right amount of green complemented with silver sparkles, glitter formula, well pigmented but a little dry in texture with substantial fall out.

Mulled Wine - A golden tinged cranberry matte (red/brown) with gold glitter, shares the same formula application notes as above.

Truffle - A deep metallic chocolate brown that applies beautifully with minimal fall out.
My favourite shade from the palette.

Mistletoe - Bottle green matte with silver glitter, a really beautiful and festive shade but once again dry
with notable product fall out, however it is well pigmented.

Illusion - A deep aubergine matte (deep purple) with silver glitter accents,
please see above for formula notes.

Festive - Bright Plum matte with silver glitter flecks, oddly out of all the glitter shadows this one wasn't as
dry and as a result didn't produce as much fall out more over it is well pigmented.

Gold Ribbon - Yellow gold shade which is metallic in formula but not as pigmented as the other metallic shades, when applied it gleamed a little green on my skin tone.

Glitz and Glamour - Another matte glitter addition this time it is a charcoal grey with silver glitter flecks.
Shares the same formula as the other glitter shades (Festive aside).

Tinsel - True metallic silver, really well pigmented.

Twinkle - Deep navy blue matte with silver glitter, not as well pigmented does need to be layered on.

Starry Night - Black matte with silver glitter, applies the same as Twinkle.

Shade wise the palette is faultless and is all you will need for the festive period,
on the whole the shades are well pigmented and easy enough to apply and blend out
but I did find the matte eyeshadows rather dry and the palette to produce a lot of fall out.
This is not a massive biggie in my eyes as you can easily clean away any mess/excess eyeshadow
but it is worth knowing before you buy.
The glitter in all of the sparkle shades is finely milled and will not irritate the eyes
but the metallic shades as often the case with Sleek Make-Up are the stand out performers.

Sleek Make-Up Sparkle 2 Palette* £7.99 and launches the 5th of December via Sleek Make-Up's
