From the get go and as soon as swatches of MAC's Everything That Glitters nail lacquer popped up
on various American blogs I knew it had to be mine, not much really spoke to me from the Glamour Daze
collection but the pretty yet dark glitter polish had me hook, line and sinker.

In the bottle Everything That Glitters appears to be a black jelly base with a mix of blue and pink
fine microscopic glitter particles that twinkle brighter than a night fall sky when you move the bottle around.
However that is where my praise ends as once it is on the nails it is watery, dries flat and matte
and pretty much looses all the appeal that lured me in the first place.

When worn alone it took a good few coats (around four) to gain full coverage and then once dry it settles
to an almost matte finish which saps out all of it's original appeal in my opinion.

You can of course add a top coat for added sheen, I know MAC nail polishes don't always get a good
write up but out of the five that I own and have tested over the past year or so this is the first
to have let me down so I'm hoping it won't be a reoccurring trend with future purchases.
