Aldi is not a shop I ever or have ever been in but I do like to try new things
and I know many do too so I thought I'd share Lacura's latest launch which hits the stores on the
29th of this month (November) and is only around while stock's last so you will have to be speedy.
Sadly as with most BB Creams there is no deep option just Light and Medium.

"It’s the product of the moment, the miracle cream that uses the latest ingredients and technology so you can replace your lengthy morning beauty regime with an all-in-one multi-functional wonder product, it’s the BB Cream.
Beauty lovers everywhere are now spoilt for choice with countless products promising to preen and perfect – it’s difficult to know which cream to choose.
Well wonder no more, Aldi has created a brand new BB Cream to rival the likes of Boots No7 at a fraction of the price.
This cream contains vitamin C, mineral pigments and SPF 15 to protect the skin while concealing blemishes and smoothing fine lines.
You don’t have to spend a fortune to get this year’s beauty must have! Save over 50% by swapping from Boots No7 Beautiful Skin BB Cream to Aldi’s Lacura BB Cream."

The packaging reminds me a little of Garnier's Original BB Creams, the squeeze style tube
works well with the thick creamy texture of the BB Cream housed inside and does prevent
mess and spillages, not to mention it is fairly aesthetically pleasing.
I was sent shade Medium which is a moderatley deep honey shade with a strong pink tone
that does settle somewhat once applied to the skin, this is a true mid shade and best suited to those
around the NC35/NW30 + mark in MAC foundation.

The Lacura BB Cream does have a light scent - it reminds me of sun lotion but it doesn't irritate the skin.
Sadly I didn't find it to be all that impressive in terms of coverage, it was more akin to a tinted moisturiser
and didn't disguise any light blemishes and/or faults on my face.
It does however add a light tint to the skin with an SPF15 protection, gives an extra boost of moisture and settles to a matte finish while feeling light on the face which is hard to come by as some of the
budget BB Creams do tend to be rather oily and sticky but not this one.
So no not my favourite BB Cream but it is an okay tinted moisturiser with a low price tag.

Lacura BB Cream in Medium* £5.99/50ml in Aldi Stores from November 29th.
