I'm sure many of us rely on various Origins products to keep our skin clear
but did you know they have a collection of make-up items too?
No? Me neither but they do and from what I have tested it is pretty fabulous too!
Today I want to share a great multi-tasking eye product that I'm sure many will adore.
As with the Origins skin care range the cosmetic items are all packaged in a fairly simplistic
way but instantly recognisable due to Origins trademark tree emblem.
The GinZing cream eyeshadows are packaged in a similar style to MAC's paint pots,
small round glass jars with a screw on/off lid, the main difference is that Origins cream eyeshadow pots
come with a sleek chrome lid which looks pretty sleek and classic.
For everyday travel the glass is sturdy enough to survive typical bumps and knocks.
Within the Origins GinZing Brightening Cream Eyeshadow range there is 12 shades which is pretty
extensive and in my opinion there is a great base shade there for everyone.
I have Ginger Zing which looks like a warm golden tinged beige in the pan yet applies
on to my skin tone as a light purple toned mauve which is rather neutral and a great shade
to apply most shades of eyeshadow on top off.
This is definitely a suit all shade as it seems to adapt to suit the colouring of your skin
rather than masking it.
"This versatile, cream shadow wears for 8 hours-without creasing, streaking, settling or slipping off.
It glides on smoothly so it's easy to build and blend.
Wear alone, mix and match to create your perfect shade or use as a primer."
The Origins GinZing Brightening Cream Eyeshadows are soft yet firm,
they glide on to the eyelids with ease be it with a brush or finger tips
and can be blended out or built up should you wish without caking.
The beauty of this product is that you can use it as a primer, a stand alone eye shade
or as an eye liner should you wish.
I prefer to use this as an eyeshadow base to help prolong the wear of my eyeshadow which it does
wonderfully but worn alone it does last around 6 hours before creasing on my oily lids.
I should also point out that this cream eyeshadow is free from lots of nasties including parabens,
mineral oil, animal ingredients and paraffin.
