Yesterday Selfridges launched MAC's newest collection Heavenly Creatures (it has also launched on MAC's website as of today) which is their annual mineral collection and the one I look forward to the most each year as each of the powder based products truly are little works of art in a pot!

This is the last shade of the MSF's I have to share as I did not purchase Earth Shine as it looked a little too deep for my skin tone and knew it would not be a shade I would use but if you have a deeper skin tone I do recommend checking it out as it does look very pretty from what I have seen online thus far.

I want to state that the review of each product is minimal and wear times are based on past experiences of MAC's Mineralize products. The collection only arrived on my door step this afternoon as I rush shipped it in order to have the collection before I leave for my holiday so I do apologize that I have not properly tested each product but I'm sure most will appreciate the swatches.

Light Year is listed on the MAC website as "Peachy Pink with Golden shimmer" and I whole heartedly agree, sadly out of the three MSF's from the Heavenly Creature collection that I received this had very little swirls and only has one large swirl of each shade - peach, pink and bronze with the peach being the most dominate shade in the medley.

Swatched on my skin tone this forms a light otoned peach and is not quite as shimmery as the other shades, again Light Year is fairly warm toned but not so much that anyone should be concerned.
In my opinion this swatches very similarly to MAC Blonde MSF.
On light  tones this will be a mid toned orange/peach blush and on deeper tones a warm highlight.

On average I get around 6/7 hours of wear from a MAC Mineralize Skin Finish when used as a blush,my skin is oily so that does reduce the wear time slightly.
