Barry M Nail Paint in Cappuccino (341) - Review

Barry M have recently launched five new shades - cappuccino, denim, nude, black glitter
and silvery lilac all of which cost £2.99 and contain 10ml of product.
Much like the Barry M lip paints these come in a variety of finishes but the majority
do lean towards the crème variety or are glitter based - the glitter finish is a personal favourite.

Cappuccino is one of those shades I call pugly - it's pretty yet ugly at the same time!
It is also quite a difficult shade to summarize in terms of shade, to me it is a mink shade -
a mix of brown and purple which is cool in tone, it is fairly muddy and not to everyone's taste
but I personally quite enjoy shades of this vain for everyday wear.
In my opinion it is quite similar to Barry M Nail Paint in Mushroom only this is a little more purple in tone.
Cappuccino is fairly thin in consistency and did require two coats to be fully opaque,
once dry it settles to a crème finish.

In general I find Barry M polishes to wear for around three days before chipping
so no they are not the best wearing polishes available but for less than £3 they are a great choice
and due to the vast range of colours in the line there is something for everyone.

You can purchase Barry M polishes from selected Barry M retailers such as Boots and Superdrug
or you can buy directly from the Barry M web store - link

This post contains a PR sample.

  11. I have this one and it looks absolutely fantastic underneath silvery/lilac glitter polish! Sounds like a vile combination but it really brings out the purple tones in it.
