L'oreal Color Infaillible Eyeshadow in Sahara Treasure

Reviews of L'oreal Color Infaillible Eyeshadow have sprung up everywhere recently,
some liken them to the texture and colour pay off of Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill shadows
as I haven't tested those I can't honestly comment
but I can say that L'oreal Color Infaillible Eyeshadow
may just have changed my opinion forever about loose pigment products.

As L'oreal Color Infaillible Eyeshadow are on offer just now at £3.99 in Superdrug
it would have been rude of me to pass up the opportunity to test at least one shade.
Sadly my local Superdrug is rubbish and all the decent shades bar Sahara Treasure had been tampered with.

L'oreal Color Infaillible Eyeshadows come neatly packaged in transparent screw top jars
with gold trimmings and inside each shade they have a little plastic conserver that you use to
squash down the eyeshadow after each application.

The formula of these eyeshadows are odd, yes they are loose pigments in a sense
but as they are semi-pressed they feel like a mousse type of product to the touch
yet when you apply and blend these out they feel more like a gel...so odd but exciting!
The great thing is that you have all the flexibility of  a loose pigment type of product
yet none of the hassle i.e product spill out and waste issues.

Sahara Desert is a light cool toned bronze shade, a taupe hue if you will.
It is somewhat similar to Mac's Patina but Sahara Desert has a more metallic finish.
Once swatched it has a definite silver tone opposed to golden.
I really enjoy the formula of L'oreal Color Infaillible Eyeshadow's they are soft
but not so much that they are a nightmare to apply and as I earlier mentioned there is no fall out.
They blend effortlessly into the skin and with other shades and the colour pay off is simply amazing.
You barely have to touch the product to obtain a decent swatch
and they wear really well too, I tested this today and it survived 8 hours without any creasing
or fading and it also had to battle the element of rain!
All in all a really great product and one I will be on the look out for more shades.
