I know with it being just after Christmas many will have a bountiful supply of toiletries,
I don't understand why Christmas and bath sets are synonymous? If you are one of the lucky ones who didn't receive more bath salts than you can shake a stick at (perhaps you just don't look stinky haha!) let me share with you a couple of recent shower discoveries.
Imperial Leather is a brand most of us Brits will have grown up with,
I used to peel the little sticker off the bars of soap and piss my mother off no end.
The great thing about Imperial Leather products are they are budget friendly,
easy to locate (hello supermarket buy unlike Lush and Korres) and great quality.
SkinKind only uses allergen free fragrances meaning they are gentle, even for sensitive skin.
The SkinKind is suitable for all the family and should meet everyone's requirements.
They are:
- Hypo-allergenic
- Allergen Free Fragrance
- Dermatologically tested (Tested on humans not animals)
- Triple Moisturising
- pH neutral (won't strip skin of it's natural moisture barriers)
I tested two scents, Enrich - Raspberry and lime blossom which is triple moisturising. I have to admit that the Enrich variant is my favourite out of the two, I really enjoyed the light fruity scent and bursting the jojoba oil beads in the shower. That's not to say that I did not like using the Nourish shower gel, I preferred to use the Nourish version at night time as the scent is so light and clean
where as the Enrich scent helped to awaken me in the morning.
A little goes a long way with these shower gels, one little drop on a loofah and you have a great soapy lather of bubbles. I tested these without a loofah too and the lather is just as rich and foaming.
Both shower gels have pleasant scents that linger on the skin without being over powering, they cleanse without stripping the skin of its moisture and a re a great addition to any shower.
Imperial Leather shower products are easy enough to source on the highstreet particularly Supermarkets, you can also buy from the likes of Superdrug and Boots - £1.83/200ml

I've used the SkinKind bath milk in Hydrate, that was lovely. I tend to get shower gels etc that are hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested because of my eczema but it was lovely and had a nice scent to it :) Think I picked mine up in Poundland! xx
