Halloween

It's 9pm and my Halloween is officially over! I'm normally a huge lover of Halloween but this one was dull regardless of the festivities. I must be getting old!

On Friday I went to a drive in movie, The Last Exorcism (a lot of rubbish more a documentary than horror film), the best part about the whole thing other than going home was the effort they had put into spook-ifying the surrounding woodlands. Sadly photography was banned as it was a public place/gathering, the U.K is getting far too P.C/sensitive for my liking.

Then on Saturday we had a little party (ok gathering) and stayed up watching Horror/Slasher films. My sister will complain about the photo of her and the cat but she should've got dressed haha! This year I decided not to dress up but did wear all black and a slick of Va Va Violet lipstick, to be frank I honestly couldn't be bothered.

Tonight I took the younger sisters and a few of their friends trick or treating (guising if you are a Scot) and have now retired to the couch complete with pink pj's and dressing gown haha!

What did you do?

  4. We carved pumpkins and decorated a bit, had a nice family meal and that is all. I love Halloween too but I don't do trick or treating (rough area) and no parties. Might curl up with my Hammer Horror box set though

  14. I love your pumpkins!

On Saturday, we went out and my boyfriend and I were dressed up with robotheads, he was the guy and I was the female version (duh!) and we had fun! Everybody wanted to take pictures of us or try our robotheads.

Yesterday I decorated our place with my roommate, we couldn't find any pumpkins so carved orange peppers instead! I have a picture on my last post, if you want to check it!

We heards lots of kids surprised at our peppers, but only 6 came to trick or treat, and we bought for almost £10 of candies! Well, I don't know what they wanted more! We clearly were giving candies as we decorated, and we were the only one on the street!

  15. We stayed in last night for Halloween. We put the bowl of sweets on the doorstep, so we wouldn't get disturbed and watched "Paranormal activity 2," which was a pretty dull and slow film!!

Later we watched "Young Apprentice" which is way scarier than any horror movie!! bahahaha! :D xx
