W 'n' W Cool as a Cucumber with Mac Dupes

I'm currently working on a huge categorised swatch gallery for you lovely lot and in order to do that, I have to swatch like a mad woman. I'm working my way the huge stack of wet 'n' wild palettes I have acquired over the last few weeks and for your viewing I have Cool as a Cucumber (I hate Cucumber's FYI).

Cool as a Cucumber is made up of two green eyeshadows with a deep purple eyeshadow each labelled with their intended use so you can create a fuss free eye look, that's not to said that you can't switch it up and apply the shadow where ever you choose.

This palette is well pigmented and one light swipe is all that is really required to produce a decent swatch. The colours work well together and there's is very minimal fall out. It's also great to have a mix of formulations in the palette some are more matte than others.

This palette has two decent Mac swatches one being for the famous shade Humid and the other for the deep purple shade Fertile. These palettes are fairly cheap and would be great for anyone who want to try the above Mac shades but don't like the attached price tag.

Wet 'n' Wild sadly isn't readily available within the UK but you can pick up the palettes on eBay pretty inexpensively.

  1. Wow! I saw Cool as a Cucumber but I didn't like the shades in pan. Swatched, I like them much better.

xD I have also been considering compiling a swatch directory but just got back into school so it may have to wait for winter.

  4. I REALLY like that eggplant purple color! It's so pretty. I actually like the MAC shades better but they're close enough to go for the bargain! Post pictures once you use them in an FOTD! I'm a little safe when it comes to my eyeshadow because I have small eyelids so a little goes a long way for me -_-
