Sinful Colors

L-R Hazard, Tapping Nails, Dream On, Mint Apple, Rise & Shine

It sure feels weird spelling colour without a 'u', I don't think that is something I could ever get used to! Anyways after a lot of swapping I have accumulated quite a few Sinful Colors nail polishes, these sadly are not available in the U.K (what's new there) but you can buy them off of a few American websites such as Cherry Culture and non pareil boutique both ship to the U.K but the postage can be pricey so maybe spilt an order with a few friends.

You'd be forgiven for thinking that Sinful Colors was a higher end brand due to the sleek bottles and large size (15mls)but nope these nail polishes retail at $2.50 approx £1.55 so cheap! I'll be honest you'll be hard pushed to find a U.K drugstore brand that can give Sinful Colors a run for their money, yes we have cheap nail polishes but they often lack in quality.

Sinful Colors polishes wear extremely well, without a top coat I got 3 days of wear without as much as tip wear! The brush is large and very easy to use, all of the polishes I have took two coats for a full opaque finish and had no streaks or lumps. Its worthwhile pointing out that the range of sinful color polishes is really vast and you will more than likely find a dupe for any polish you have been lemming after.

I was a little surprised that two of my polishes were in fact matte, it didn't say matte on the bottle you see! Both Dream On and Rise & Shine dry to a matte finish which is a really lovely finish in both of the colors and unexpected surprise in my case haha!

Do you own any Sinful Color polishes? What did you think of them?

  4. Ah, you've collected quite a nice collection of SInful Colors! (hehe, I find spelling it "colours" to be funny..XD). I have one bottle called "Easy Going" and I find that it's kind of hard to spread out evenly. But, that just may be because of the opaque color.

  5. I'm a huge fan of sinful colors! I have a bright blue from them and it's fabulous. Mint Apple looks a lot like China Glaze's For Audrey!

  10. I only have a few SC, but they are great quality. I have Dream On too, but I don't care for mattes so I usually add a top coat.

  15. You know I NEVER used these nail polishes until I saw them on a UK blog. Isn't that strange? I always go for Essie or Opi. I can get them for $1.99 over here in NY. I was thinking about doing a international only giveaway featuring a whole lots of these colors since you guys can't get them (they're just so inexpensive) However, I've heard that sending nail polishes overseas can be a problem though. Is that true? I'm having a giveaway on my blog right now featuring two of the sinful colors nail polishes if anyone wants to enter. It's international. Woo hoo.

I'm really considering doing a giveaway with these. Maybe next month? <3

P.S. I'm so used to color without the U although I think it looks prettier with the u. Haha.
