I'm not normally a fan of bronzers, its a bit like lipgloss I just don't feel the need for either of them but oh how the times have changed! I got a New Cid bronzer in a goodie bag at the Glasgow Ballet Blogger day and haven't looked back since.
First of all doesn't it look just beautiful in the pan? I'm a sucker for baked products they somehow always look far prettier than normal beauty products don't they? While we are on aesthetics the packaging is really clean and modern looking, you wont be embarrassed busting this out on the go, which you can thanks to the sizable mirror housed inside. The only downside about the packaging is that it is so white so you will have to be careful of messy fingerprints.
The bronzer itself is a huge 9g of product and because it is rather pigmented a little goes a long way. I've used this everyday since mid April and it still looks like it is brand new!
The bronzer itself is composed of a few shades (pink, cream, brown) that once swirled produce a mid brown shade. If you look at my close up photos you may notice that it has a slight shimmer but it really doesn't transcend on to the skin, once swatched it is pure matte in formula. Which is perfect if like me you only use bronzer to contour.
New Cid is available here and look out for their Stereo Rose dupe, to me it looks almost identical. I may have to purchase one to compare.
