Crown Brushes Review

As mentioned yesterday I went to an event on Saturday and one of the brands present was Crown Brushes. I had heard a few things about them mainly on other beauty blogs so I thought I'd buy a few brushes to road test for myself.

The first thing that shocked me was the price, they are ridiculously low priced with the most expensive brush I bought being £7 for the angled contour/blush brush the rest cost around £4 and my complete haul came to £25! Amazing huh?

My first impressions were they are a little dry and not as soft as some leading brand brushes (MAC,Sigma) but after washing them they seem to have softened up quite a bit. They don't feel all that cheap and have a decent weight to them so far there has been no shedding but I will revisit this in a few weeks. They are also quite dense and well packed bristle wise.

If you are looking for a few cheap brushes I would recommend giving them a go, you can buy the brushes via their website www.crownbrush.co.uk

Have you found any good budget brushes lately?

  11. I ordered the Crown brush kit with Kandee's code. (: I think most of the brushes are pretty soft & decent for the price, especially love the rounded shadow blending brush but there are a few scratchy ones that I can't see any use for. :(
    Great haul, btw. :D
